Building on the success of the Founding Fathers series.Dingle decided to launch a new cask release which they call our “The Sons & Daughters of the Dingle Whiskey Distillery”. They sourced some exquisite Virgin European Oak casks and at their request, have been heavily charred by the cooper for flavour. These 25 litre casks have been seasoned three times with Dingle single malt spirit in order to balance out the wonderful flavour available from Virgin Oak. The resulting casks will be filled for The Sons & Daughters of the Dingle Whiskey Distillery and that spirit will remain in their casks and stored in the distillery for 3 years and one day from which day forth it will be your own personal Dingle Single Malt Whiskey.
