Dingle Founding Father Fearann an Ri Cask 62 has spent all 8 years in an Oloroso cask. A fine example of a heavily sherried whiskey with a great balance of nose and taste.

Established in 2012, Dingle has quickly gained recognition for its exceptional spirits and commitment to traditional craftsmanship. The distillery focuses on producing small-batch, handcrafted whiskies that embody the rich heritage of Irish whiskey-making.

Concentrating on Single Pot Still and Single Malt whiskey production the company has won many awards in the short time it has been operating, whilst garnering a multitude of followers who are keen to sample the excellent small-batch releases.
