A truley elegant with freshness and complexity. The wine has notes of honey-dew melon, ripe citrus fruits and a hint of toast. The house of Lanson is based in Reims in the heart of the Champagne area. The Champagne region of France is less than 100 miles east of Paris and is made up of the Aube, Marne, Haute-Marne, and Ardennes departments. More than 50% of the grapes used to blend Lanson Black Label are from Grand Cru or Premier Cru Villages.
