Another rare occasion where a scotch society bottles a fantastic Irish single cask. This is no different, the folks at SMWS were struck by the aromatic intensity of this one, bags of overripe exotic fruits, pineapple chunks under a grill, bike chain grease and touches of caramelised brown sugar, molasses and mango chutney. Matured for 19 years in a bourbon barrel before transfer to a 1st fill French oak Jamaican rum barrique.
