A limited edition Irishman Cognac Cask Finish Single Malt. With just 490 released, this is a highly collectable release from 2019. Comes in its original wooden case. Natural Non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength this rare single cask is an exclusive release. Following full maturation, The Irishman Single Malt is finished for an additional 12 months in a single Deau XO cask. This cask is made of French oak from the Allary cooperage and originally seasoned for up to 15 years with Deau XO by the Legaret family in Cognac.
