Crafted in the traditional Single Pot Still style, this release is distilled from a distinctive mash bill of 100% Irish malted barley, green barley and oats - a nod to Ireland’s historic whiskey-making techniques. What truly sets it apart is the peat: cut from the family land in Inverin, Connemara, and used to gently smoke the barley, giving the whiskey its unmistakable character. On the nose and palate, expect soft Connemara turf smoke woven beautifully through layers of rich spice, dark dried fruits and toasted oak.
