Midleton is Certainly a fan of exclusive bottlings but the members of the 1825 room got an extra special bottling as this was the first single cask selected by the then newly appointed Master Distiller, Kevin O'Gorman.Kevin was the master of maturation before this and thus had an intimate knowledge of the different casks that Midleton had available. Matured in cask no. 34836, which was a first-fill bourbon cask.
