A trio of whiskey from the innovative Method and Madness.This showcases the innovation The Method & Madness Rye and Malt is an innovative mash bill of 60% Rye to 40% Malted Barley. This whiskey is double distilled and bottled at 46%. Following from the success of 2021's Rye and Malt, this expression is made from a mash bill of 60% oats and 40% malted barley and then matured in bourbon barrels. Fantastic toasted marshmallows on the nose, followed by flavours of fudge and citrus with a gentle finish with a hint of soft oats.Single Malt Irish Whiskey Enhanced With French Limousin Oak, has been initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, imparting flavours of “malt and biscuit”, and in a first for the category, has been part-finished in French Limousin oak for one year to add a “lighter, floral and herbal note”. 

Launched in 2017, the Method and Madness range of whiskeys (and gin) aims push the boundaries of traditional spirit-making, combining both time-honored methods and daring approaches.

The whiskeys feature a diverse selection of styles that showcase unique cask finishes, grain experimentation, and blending techniques.
