An exclusive bottling for Whiskey Live Dublin2023. This bottling marks the end of the Distilleries beloved Cooley Stock. It’s the same good Rum and Raisin Single Malt they used for the early batches but it has been rested for a year in Acacia wood. It’s brilliantly fruity with a touch wood spice. The bottles were exclusive to Whiskey Live and all were purchased through the Celtic Whiskey Shop pop up, you had to collect your hessian sack at the Killowen stand first before making your way to the shop redeemed your sack with your bottle purchase. Only 200 bottles were available.
